Why?/Porqué?
It would not be possible to divorce the architecture of its economic, technological and cultural context, if by this we refer to society. No matter how big and vigorous attempt, the new tools, techniques and methods are still as throughout history to serve a much broader and deep cultural phenomenon, in the same way that the theory, technology is presented as response to multiple questions may not be any solution.
I write my own conclusions not considering if they are wrong, I prefer to develop rather than suppress them, because I’m not sure if doing always the same thing you get a solution. During this time I sowed doubts and harvest questions that I decide to keep until they become meaningless because I never forget the many good solutions that emerged from ideas that most considered inconsistent.
The challenge of introducing the importance, capabilities and potential of Building Information Modeling to a more sustainable environment in academia and professional practice here in Santa Fe and Argentina in general, by teaching post-graduate courses has been and remains
Much more difficult than initially thought.
So I decided to take the challenge to begin to foster an awareness Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) write all I can and compile relevant information produced by others to be a channel for discussion that can generate a productive exchange and clarify my mistakes, improve understanding of the subject for those interested in entering, consolidating or delve into this challenging topic.
Obviously, not everything I write is good and not closely related to BIM and IPD, but raises a more general scenario of the current disciplinary practice from which to start.

No seria posible divorciar la Arquitectura de su contexto económico, tecnológico y cultural, si por esto hacemos referencia a la sociedad. No importa lo grande y vigoroso del intento, las nuevas herramientas, técnicas y métodos siguen estando como a lo largo de la historia al servicio de un fenómeno cultural mucho más amplio y profundo; de la misma manera que la teoría, la tecnología se presenta como respuesta a múltiples preguntas quizás sin ser ninguna solución.
Escribo edificando mis propias conclusiones aunque sean incorrectas, prefiero desarrollarlas antes que reprimirlas porque no estoy seguro si al hacer siempre lo mismo se llega a una solución. Durante todo este tiempo sembré dudas y coseche preguntas que decido conservar hasta que adquieran sentido porque nunca me olvido de la gran cantidad de buenas soluciones que surgieron de ideas que la mayoría consideraba inconsistentes.
El desafío de introducir la importancia, las capacidades y potencialidades de Building Information Modeling hacia un entorno más sostenible en el mundo académico y la práctica profesional aquí en Santa Fe y la Argentina en general; mediante la enseñanza de cursos de pos-grado ha sido y sigue siendo
Mucho más difícil de lo que pensaba inicialmente.
Por lo tanto decidí tomar el reto de comenzar a fomentar una conciencia Building Information Modeling (BIM) e Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) escribiendo todo lo que puedo y recopilar información pertinente producida por otros con el fin de ser un canal para el debate que con el tiempo puede generar un intercambio productivo, así aclarar mis errores, mejorar la comprensión del tema para aquellos interesados en introducirse, consolidarse o profundizar en esta desafiante temática.
Obviamente, no todo lo que escribo es bueno y tampoco íntimamente relacionado con BIM o IPD, pero si plantea un escenario mas general de la actual práctica disciplinar desde donde empezar.
